Muse Life Coaching takes an inclusive, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach whereby everyone is seen as whole and unbroken, behind every behaviour is a positive intention, that everyone is okay, and has the resources within them to make positive changes in their lives.
Muse Nutrition specializes in men’s health in areas of fitness and steroids use, weight management, STIs (sexually transmitted infections) management and PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) use, alcohol and smoking including marijuana use, recreational drugs and opioids use, depression and anxiety, erectile and colon health including prostate health, aging and hormonal balance, digestive health, and autoimmune diseases support. Muse takes a neutral position on these areas as clients are given the education and resources to make the most informed decisions that best supports their lifestyle needs, and health and wellness goals.
Muse Yoga specializes in Hatha, Yin, Chair, Pain Care Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Hatha Yoga is a balanced practice based on an alignment of the physical body, mind and spirit. Whereas Yin Yoga is an introspective practice that’s slower, softer and calmer than other styles of yoga. Chair Yoga is Hatha or Yin Yoga but using a chair for stability, safety, and mobility. Pain Care Yoga is a specialty yoga that focuses on supporting and guiding individuals that have chronic pain through using various yoga postures and props to increase mobility, and to change the perception and management of pain with the aim of creating greater enjoyment out of life. Lastly, Yoga Nidra is a form of mind-body therapy that consists of a systematic form of guided relaxation that often brings immediate emotional and mental benefits such as reduced stress, better sleep, and consistent mood.
Muse Workshop develops and facilitates workshops both in-person and online in areas of coaching, nutrition, yoga, or a combination of two or all three of these areas.
