Here you find a collection of my writing including blog posts, reflections, poems, and articles of what I’ve learnt, know, think, and experienced so far on my journey as it relates to areas of mental health, spiritual growth, personal development, self acceptance and self love, cultural and sexual identity cultivation, gender expression, body positivity, nutrition, and physical health.

It hasn’t been an easy journey, and at times it still isn’t easy, but it’s also one that I’m grateful to have experienced thus far because it has made me who I am today. My life, the people I have encountered and the moments I’ve lived have all given me perspective, strength, and courage to live my life as authentically and as fully as possible, and that includes helping others reach their fullest potential.

The late Maya Angelou once said, “when you learn, teach, when you get, give”. I believe that one of life’s greatest joys is to be able to share what you learn with others in hopes they too can live a life of wonder. Hence, I want to share my writing with you in hopes that you’ll be able to find some useful and enlightening nuggets that you can apply to your life. And if you don’t find it useful, then I hope at least it brings you some a-muse-ment..
