Muse Life Coaching specializes in solution focused transformational coaching in areas of identity and values exploration, personal development, lifestyle transitions, pivotal life moments, sexual orientation, relationships, and career transitions. Muse Life Coaching takes an inclusive, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach whereby everyone is seen as whole and unbroken, behind every behaviour is a positive intention, that everyone is okay, and has the resources within them to make positive changes in their lives.
Muse Nutrition
Muse Nutrition focuses on the diet and science of food and of the digestive system in relations to all your other body systems, as well as taking into account your lifestyle, support networks, mental and emotional health, and medical history to understand the root of your health concerns in order to support your health goals. Some of the health areas Muse Nutrition specializes in include weight management, inflammation caused by free radicals or diseases, support for chronic illnesses and autoimmune diseases, depression and anxiety management, aging and hormonal balance, and digestive health. Muse takes a neutral position on these areas as clients are given the education and resources to make the most informed decisions that best supports their lifestyle needs, and health and wellness goals.
Muse Yoga
Muse Yoga specializes in Hatha, Chair Hatha, Yin, Pain Care Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Hatha yoga is a balanced practice that involves both upper and lower body poses, balance poses, and breath work to align the mind, body and spirit. Chair hatha yoga consists of hatha yoga poses and sequences that are modified so that you can do them with or on a chair for added stability, strength, and mobility. Yin yoga is an introspective practice that focuses on stillness and patience through mainly floor postures that are held for longer periods of time. Pain care yoga is a specialty yoga that is focused on supporting you during times where you may experience mental, emotional, or physical pain through using various yoga postures and props to create a sense of safety, comfort, support, and mobility. And Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a form of mind-body therapy that consists of a systematic form of guided meditation where you lay in a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
Muse Workshops
Muse Workshop develops and facilitates workshops both in-person and online in areas of coaching, nutrition, yoga, or a combination of two or all three of these areas.
