Chair hatha yoga consists of hatha yoga poses and sequences that are modified so that you can do them with or on a chair for added stability, strength, and mobility. Yin yoga is an introspective practice that focuses on stillness and patience through mainly floor postures that are held for longer periods of time. Pain care yoga is a specialty yoga that is focused on supporting you during times where you may experience mental, emotional, or physical pain through using various yoga postures and props to create a sense of safety, comfort, support, and mobility. And Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a form of mind-body therapy that consists of a systematic form of guided meditation where you lay in a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
Muse Workshop develops and facilitates workshops both in-person and online in areas of coaching, nutrition, yoga, or a combination of two or all three of these areas.
The aim of the workshops is to make accessible comprehensive aspects of coaching, nutrition, and yoga to a greater population to provoke thoughtful conversations and inspire positive change in the world.
