Muse Workshops

Muse Workshop develops and facilitates workshops both in-person and online in areas of coaching, nutrition, yoga, or a combination of two or all three of these areas.

The aim of the workshops is to make accessible comprehensive aspects of coaching, nutrition, and yoga to a greater population to provoke thoughtful conversations and inspire positive change in the world.

Inner Light Yoga Nidra

Inner Light Yoga Nidra” is a workshop that helps GBTQ2S+ men create and embrace self-affirmations that they want to live by, honour, and become with the aim of promoting mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Yoga nidra can be a powerful tool to help seal in self-affirmations into our unconsciousness to create new thought and behavioural patterns that supports our vision of how we want to see ourselves.

Yoga nidra is often referred to as yogic sleep. Yogis and non-yogis have used it for centuries to reduce stress and anxiety, encourage better sleep, promote total relaxation, and develop coping mechanisms for emotional trauma resulting in a profound sense of joy and wellbeing. Yoga nidra, as already mentioned, can also be used to refocus our intentions and help us re-commit to our self-affirmations of our vision of how we want to see ourselves.

“The Art of Connection: Conversations that Matter” series was created by Edmond T. Cheng, The Total Transformation Coach and Founder of Muse Life Guide, and Nando Rodriguez, Breakthrough Coach and Founder of Nandoism. The series cover a variety of topics about everyday human experiences and their relationship to our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Each conversation includes personal storytelling, sharing of wisdom and insights, helpful self-care tips on how to create and maintain a sense of wellbeing, and most importantly, how to create and maintain connections with others followed by a short Q&A session. The inaugural conversation, “Belonging”, in “The Art of Connection: Conversations that Matter” series begins on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.

Unleash Happiness is a mental and emotional health focused workshop that helps gay men find happiness, fulfillment, and purpose by re-discovering themselves through becoming their own muse. The workshop consists of deep belief changing vision exploration exercises that integrates participants’ sense of purpose and values in motivating and compelling ways to create powerful and attainable futures. Unleash Happiness was developed specifically for the Health Initiative for Men, a non-profit society that aims to strengthen the health and well-being of gay men.
